Recording Session Notes:
- Won World Studios Recording Studios: 584 8th Ave, New York, NY 10018, US
- A 2-hour minimum is required for all sessions.
- All sessions must start between 10am and 11pm.
- Scheduling of all sessions must occur at least 48 hours in advance.
- No refunds. Cancel at least 24 hours before sessions for credit to re-book without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours of sessions forfeit the deposit.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before the session is booked on the studio calendar and the remaining balance is due upon deliver.
- Sessions are available by appointment only. We do not accept WALK-INS.
- Sessions are not considered BOOKED until a deposit is made or the PO is received.
- Sessions are billed based on the scheduled start time, not the clients' arrival time. Late arrivals incur extra charges if the session exceeds the scheduled end time.
Turn Around Time & Requirements:
- Turnaround Time: 5-7 business days per song.
- We accept: .wav 24-bit 44.1 kHz (or better)
- We accept: .aiff 24-bit 44.1 kHz (or better)
- We don't accept: .mp3 files (even though it is 320 Kbps)
- We don't accept: any other compressed file format.
- No refunds. If you aren’t delighted with the mix or mastered session, you can request up to four free revisions. $15 for further additional revisions.
- Export your individual tracks or stems and send them to us using the secure link provided in your email.
- A preliminary mix-down snippet will be sent to the client via email in an MP3 format.
- File delivery: High Quality WAV & MP3 Files will be delivered digitally upon completion.
